Maintenance
Maintenance staff visit every Monday. For urgent maintenance issues, they can come on any day of the week.
Communal cleaning
Victoria Gardens provides cleaning staff to maintain communal areas, including corridors, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, other shared spaces. Cleaning schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Residents remain responsible for their own rooms and cleaning shared spaces immediately after use.
Electricity provided
Students do not buy electricity separately.
Free water
Water is provided free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi
Stay connected for studies and downtime.
Solar backup
Helps during area electricity outages, subject to system capacity.
Weekend security
Security personnel on site on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Own gate key
Each student has their own gate key.
Study room
A quiet shared space to study.

Shared recreation space.
Parking
For students with cars, subject to availability.
