Privacy notice (POPIA)
Victoria Gardens collects the personal information you provide in applications and enquiries — such as your name, contact details, ID or passport details, studies and emergency contacts — only to assess your application, manage your accommodation and communicate with you. Information is accessible only to authorised Victoria Gardens Staff, is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law, and is kept only as long as needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing victoriagardens02@gmail.com.
Application terms
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a room. Rooms are allocated subject to availability, assessment and completion of booking and deposit requirements. You confirm that the information you provide is true and correct.
Deposit & refund policy
The R250 key fee and R1,750 security deposit total R2,000. Both are refundable subject to the return of keys, the condition of the accommodation and the signed accommodation agreement. Cash payments are not accepted.
