Fees and payments
2027 accommodation fees
Accommodation fees are based on the applicable NSFAS accommodation allowance for the 2027 academic year. The applicable rate will be confirmed in accordance with NSFAS requirements and the student's approved accommodation arrangement.

Refund policy
Both the key fee and security deposit are refundable at the end of the accommodation period, provided that:
- All accommodation keys are returned.
- The accommodation is handed back without resident-caused damage.
Any deductions for damage must be handled in accordance with the accommodation agreement and applicable law.
Payment information
Cash payments are NOT accepted.
Funding requirements
Victoria Gardens accepts accommodation funding through NSFAS and bursaries. Applicants must indicate their funding source and provide the relevant supporting proof.
Cancellation and notice period
Students who wish to cancel their accommodation agreement must provide at least one month's written notice to Victoria Gardens Staff before terminating their contract. Students should contact management to confirm the cancellation process and any applicable terms and conditions.
