How do I apply for accommodation?
Complete the online application form on our Apply page. You'll receive a reference number.
When do 2027 applications open?
Opening dates will be published on the 2027 Applications page once confirmed.
What documents are required?
The final list is being confirmed. Typically: ID or passport, proof of registration or acceptance, and proof of funding (NSFAS, bursary or self-funded).
Which room types are available?
Single Room: a private room for one student. Sharing Room: a room shared by students. Single En-Suite Room: a private room for one student with its own private bathroom; only a few available. Sharing En-Suite Room: a shared room with an en-suite bathroom. Both en-suite options are limited and subject to availability. Your preference is not guaranteed; final allocation is subject to availability and management confirmation.
What are the current prices for each room category?
Pricing is based on the applicable 2027 NSFAS accommodation amount. Prices for Single, Sharing, Single En-Suite and Sharing En-Suite rooms are to be confirmed.
Are water, electricity and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Electricity is provided, water is free and Wi-Fi is free.
What facilities are available?
Solar backup, weekend security, your own gate key, a study room, TV room, pool table room, parking (subject to availability) and a kitchen in every block.
Which blocks are girls-only and which are mixed?
Some of Blocks A to G are girls-only and some are mixed. The allocation is being confirmed — contact us for the latest.
How do I arrange a viewing?
WhatsApp or call 081 354 1671 to book a viewing time.
What is the cancellation notice period?
At least one month's written notice to Victoria Gardens Staff before terminating your contract.
How will I know whether my application has been successful?
Victoria Gardens Staff will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
